Triangle of Sadness

After Fashion Week, Carl and Yaya, a couple of models and influencers, are invited on a yacht for a luxury cruise. While the crew takes care of the guests, the captain refuses to leave his cabin as the famous gala dinner approaches. Events take an unexpected turn and the balance of power is reversed when a storm hits and endangers the comfort of the passengers.

A couple of models and influencers, Carl and Yaya (Harris Dickinson and Charlbi Dean), are dining at the restaurant. Carl points out to Yaya that she was supposed to pay the bill. Yaya does not attach any importance to it. The tone rises. The couple finds itself embarked on a luxury cruise ship, and discovers a world of parvenus enriched by the sale of weapons or fertilizers, and where the women maintained by the billionaires hold a decorative role. Thomas Smith (Woody Harrelson), the captain, American, communist and drunk, engages in a joust of political jokes with Dimitry (Zlatko Burić), the fertilizer manufacturer, Russian, capitalist and drunk. A grenade assault sinks the yacht...
