About this movie

The world’s greatest spy returns in the movie event of the year, M:I-2. Top action director John Woo brings his own brand of excitement to the mission that finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) partnering up with the beautiful Nyah Hall (Thandie Newton) to stop renegade agent Sean Ambrose (Dougray Scott) from releasing a new kind of terror on an unsuspecting world. But before the mission is complete, they’ll traverse the globe and have to choose between everything they love and everything they believe in.

Anyone who complained about the slow mo action sequences in this movie do not know the basic characteristics of how to make a movie. It's called building suspense. Just like music, special effects, Etc., help make a good movie. That is what makes this movie great. I watch thousands of movies and this is one is one of the best. If you don't like slow motion action sequences then find another movie to watch. This one's great. Tom Cruise does what he does best and that's fantastic acting!

Least favorite out of the first 4 film. Too much of a reason for Tom to do an action film, not engaging enough of a story. This is the only one I don't own, and I don't plan to ever, unless it's a give away, maybe. Love every other one of the M:I movies. I've rambled on enough...

I like all the M:I movies, but this is definitely my least favorite. Like others have said, is a little too Michael Bay-ish in the effects arena. The plot is decent though.
