Garbage. I watched because of the multiple grand reviews and was heavily disappointed. Stretches the necessary suspension of belief required for monster movies so thin a five-year-old could tell you the plot and theory holes. I can't tell you more without spoilers. However, you'll be asking yourself time after time, "If they can do this now, why couldn't they do this before?" Ditto with clunky foreshadowing, bad science, and character decisions that border on moronic. Watch at your own risk. See it free in the future to avoid pocketbook regret.

Good concept but horrible logic. I cannot believe the whole world is killed before figuring out certain frequency that is harmful to this creature. I cannot believe no one figured out the head is the weakness. And seriously, no one has never thought of heavy machine guns raining bullets onto the head? Also it would be simply setting up a trap with rock music as trap and just kill them with guns, fire, explosives, what ever. Anyway, no logic. And don't yell to distract the creature. Just throw a rock and make loud sound and run away. Normally when someone is so sensitive to sound, too much loud sound will be hurting its ears, which is common sense. Please don't waste your time and money on this.

The movie upset me. No detail on how the creatures came to be. And why on earth would you have a baby knowing it would cry and potentially put a bad situation in more harm. Plus I'm really tired of the spoiled brat teen running away which turned to her dad losing his life to save her and her being selfish to the point of not caring that your whole family could DIE!! HELLO mean creatures killing people is way more important than your selfish, no one loves me lil self!! And giving your brother a noise making toy that could get your whole family KILLED!! Really searching for a good scary movie, this was not it!
