I love the power rangers /zyuranger series growing up. The fights were awsome. All the fights are computer animated CGI or whatever you call it Sure the last 2 movies where ok but at least there were people in costumes doing their own fights. Besides that i think it was good. Not used to the swearing and for the first time it's pg-13. I like the story line and the humor. Was you watching it before they morph you kinda not realizing its a power ranger movie at first. But the story line was great. Looking too see Tommy in the next one

This movie is Pathetic. I watched PW in the 90s. Rita Repulsa is no longer Asian, she got White Washed. The new putties are generic cgi rock formations, Goldar is a cgi giant golden monster with no detail, no personality, no dialogue, the new MegaZord has the characters exposed in the front only covered by glass, they took up most of the movie with the training montage, they added a lesbian character who announces she is Lesbian once during the film and it never comes up again.

Okay so I rented the movie hoping it would be the throwback I've been waiting for, and its suffice to say it didn't disappoint me. Let's face it though, there are several plot holes and unexplained issues that kind of bother me. However as a true fan of the OG Power Rangers, I really think this movie is at least worth one watch. Its not amazing, but then again it brings something that gives me hope for more reboot franchises in a Hollywood that just hasn't been able to deliver yet. But if all that info fails, at least its better than the Ghostbusters reboot.
