Saw this movie for the first time when I was nine, it was such a tender and tear-jerking movie. I remember begging my dad to get it again and again on RedBox just so I can watch for the weekend. And then suddenly, I forgot all about this movie for about eleven years. A few months ago, I woke up to the song "There is Life" from the beginning and ending credits, on replay and I didn't know where it was from. I typed the song into Google and there this movie was. I watched it again and while it is still a tearjercker, especially with the father and son moment at the end, I was expecting more. I could have sworn there was more to the movie than the father/son bonding moment that was the song. That is the only thing that bothers me. How our minds can recreate things that never happened. Regardless, the movie is worth seeing. If you love floppy, expressive ears, family moments, Alison Krause, Patrick Stewart, deers, and the rest, this is something to see. I still cry during the entirety of the movie and it still puts a smile on my face. It warms my cold, black heart. I personally think this was better than the first one and the drawing is alive and clean and clear and the child actors are great. Please, don't skip out on this movie. Thank you.

Much better than the first one, in my opinion. The animation is crisp and clean, the child voice actors did a great job, and you can't beat Patrick Stewart as the Great Prince!
