I'm not sure what those guys who rated this less than two stars are going on about; nevertheless, don't listen to them. If you like thrillers and action that actually makes sense and is realistic, watch this film. It is very true that a lot of bystanders die in this film, but that's what we call real-life.

I've watched Ronin (1998) more times than I know how to count. With Robert de Niro, Jean Reno, Sean Bean, Natascha McElhone, Stellan Skarsgård, and Jonathan Pryce this film, to me, is near perfection. Wonderful character development, focus on story and characters without getting side tracked by useless nonsense. They say so much with demeanor, allusions to events, and things left unsaid. Brilliantly done. One of the only car chase scenes I actually don't mind watching. Awesome relationship development between de Niro's and Reno's characters. I love this film. What's in the box?

Awesome a real live action masterpiece. Not that CGI crap those hollywood clowns make now. The movie should have won a Oscar
