This film was soooooo mediocre and didn't depict who Tupac really was or the true message he was trying to convey throughout his lifetime. Luckily for these producers and director they waited until right after the passing of the late great Queen Afeni Shakur, for she would have never allowed this to happen!! Thanks to God she was able to release Tupac Resurrection in His own words. If they were going to do the film right, they should have at least based the storyline off the original documentary.

The movie could've been way better. Notorious is better than that. Glad I didn't pay to see it. I feel irritated as I'm still a Pac fan. The acting was whack! Did they pick them off the streets somewhere? Damn Lifetime for women movie. They didn't show his last movie Gang Related! That movie company should start making cartoons. Would have better luck with that.

It was so good to finally see Tupac his story told. The problem(s) is that the story was told wrong in certain scenes, the movie seemed rushed, the actors did not portray the characters very well, & the writing was ok at best. It was never going to be easy to do a movie about Tupac, because he was too unique & too controversial, but I will say the man deserved better. If this movie was made the same way in the same way as the "New Edition" movie it would've been so much better. First Aaliyah now Tupac, smh.
