About this movie

The incomparable Steven Spielberg directs Oscar® winner Geoffrey Rush (Shine) and Eric Bana (Star Trek) in this heart-pounding suspense thriller inspired by real events. Following the kidnapping and murder of their athletes by Palestinians at the 1972 Olympics, the Israeli government recruits a team of secret agents to track down and assassinate those responsible. Nominated for five Academy Awards®, including Best Picture and Best Director, Munich is a portrait of the destructive cycle of terror and revenge that Peter Travers of Rolling Stone calls "tremendously exciting." - ( Original Title - Munich )

Munich is Parody of Laff-A-Munich created by Robot Chickens on Adult Swim. Hanna-Barbera villains called Really Rottens massacre attack Yogi and Friends based on Real Humans Evil massacre attack Brave Sport Male Humans in 1972.

A superb film, quietly intense and absolutely riveting from beginning to end. Clearly made by a master filmmaker and I think it is one of his best. WARNING: this should have been issued in a letterbox format. In places, the ratio is off and there is quite a bit of distortion.

This movie was only named Munich because Spielberg is trying to smear Germany for the World War conflict and has no real connection to the events or plot that took place in the movie. This movie is about Jews vs. Palestine. That is all. Jews just don't know when to stop.
