Paris, 1991. The true history of Franck Magne, a young inspector working in the notorious 36th precinct in the French Criminal Brigade. His first case is to solve the death of a young girl, but his research quickly leads him to a 10 year investigation that exposes a serial killer dubbed "The Beast of the Bastille".
