I watched Vice on HBO only when I heard that this is the show that sent Dennis Rodman to North Korea, but instantly fell in love the seriese. The team goes to places other people would never dare to visit, and shows you the world as it is, without censoring anything. It's fascinating and brutal, and is sometimes hard to watch, but necessary to gain worldy perspective. If you haven't seen it yet, do so.

If you think the show is good, which you will, find their YouTube channel. They do things even HBO doesn't air...interviewing assassins, suicide forests of Japan, nuclear disaster aftermath...etc. Amazing group!

An entirely accurate warts and all show that pulls the current back to demonstrate how things actually are. I can scarcely believe it is on HBO.
