Ignore the troll reviews, this show is masterfully crafted and actually tackles race issues and other issues in much more nuanced ways than the movie did. It really is meant to be a story to show the type of struggles that are placed on us even when we're in a place where we were told would help make us feel more "official". So please check this out, and keep an open mind when watching it because it also shows that there are white people who do care.

This show is amazing! The writing, the cinematography, the subject matter obviously, it's so entertaining and smart, I feel like I'm going to have to watch it from the beginning again to catch everything. I had to pause the episode I was watching just now to write this after hearing "You cowed me." Too good! I hope season four gets all the Emmys.
