Spencer -- will always be Spencer -- did a great job with writing, directing and acting in this. Don't be fooled, this is not a ghost story. This is a story of life, dealing with pain and then working to move past it.

Absolutely amazing. Troian did a stunning job illustrating her story to us as viewers. Mental disorders can be about so much more than just wanting to be thin. Often times they are about needing to feel in control when everything else in life feels out of control. She did a wonderful job portraying that.

Very real and raw depiction of mental disorders. Also bringing forth that eating disorders are not always about wanting to look thin.
