Mid level stars. They tried, but whoever thought to cast Vince Vaughn as Norman turned it into a parody of the original then and there with that choice. Its like those YouTube videos, movie trailers recut to seem like a totally different genre (re: elf as a thriller, silence of the lambs as a romantic comedy), but it's a shot for shot remake with unintentionally (I think? I hope) bad acting. At least they tried. Can't blame them. At least it isn't as truly awful as the Cabin Fever remake.

When will wannabe film makers ever get it? You never do a remake of a classic horror movie especially when the original lead villain isn't in it and that original villain is what made the installments in the first place. I can understand Friday the 13th or Halloween since they have no role, just killing.

I just recently got interested in the Bates Motel and the Haunted Hayride from watching the documentary on YouTube and the Travel Channel, so I decided to check out this movie. Since I love Horror movies in color and not in black and white-because the black and white is just not as entertaining as the color-I bought this movie on my kindle. I have to say it's one of the most scariest, most interesting, and one of the most entertaining movies I have ever seen. Great movie!
