Interesting take on the origin story. Clever handling of the David/Bruce problem. Good representation of the comics - at the time - having the Hulk get bigger and stronger the madder he gets. There is action, though this is not a real action flick. This is more a story of a guy who suddenly has a lot to deal with trying to make sense of it and work it all out. I like that aspect and wish it appeared more often in this genre. But there are also stupid 'roid rage attack dogs that explode into green mist, a completely unconventional, anti-canon and largely nonsensical appearance of Absorbing Man, and excessively dated CG effects to drag it down. "You wouldn't like me when I'm Ang Lee," say most people. I still like it, but can't call it quality.

People say it's a weird movie, I say it amazing movie because out of all Hulks this one was the strongest ever. His speed of running was incredible and ability of jumping sooo freaking high was unbelievable, outstanding and incredible. No other Hulks could do that. Suck on that. Don't be saying this movie sucks which it didn't and you know it.

Ain't no bad Jennifer Conley movie, this included, and you know it! Even haters got to admit that Jennifer steals the show, charisma-wise, and makes the scenes with her in them good. Oh yeah, and the HULK is in the movie also!
