April Fool's Day

No gore, no real killer but I absolutely love the look and art direction of this retelling of the 1980s slasher classic. The colors really pop and the music, of its time, is a bop. The cast looks as if they stepped off the Starship Troopers high school casting session and the thriller vibe is very The WB/90210ish. These characters are extreme parodies. I thought all the actors did a good job at adding a something extra to this cheap little film, they added nuances and quirks and I love that!💯

Another crappy no point remake. Watch original instead.
