I concur with these reviews. It's the first movie I recall from the 60's to refer to the Muslim culture respectfully. Most Americans have no idea of the contributions of Islamic culture since 711 C.E.

I am familiar with this movie; it has been in my collection for years since I began collecting movies in 1990, i love the action and Sidney Portier.

I'm not sure why I felt this film would be anything different from other films of that era, it's not.
