Buster the Clown (William Forsythe of THE DEVIL'S REJECTS, TV's BOARDWALK EMPIRE) is a mentally challenged man who sells ice cream out of his Cheery Tyme truck until a cruel prank by a bunch of neighborhood boys goes horrifically wrong.
