About this movie

The story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient super-species—thought to be mere myths—rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.

The worst writing I can remember during my 43 years alive on this earth. Somehow "You have got to be kidding me" stupidity is not mutually exclusive to "Please... bury this protractor into my temple" predictability in this "movie". I can't/don't want to explain how that's possible but you will understand if you waste 2 hours of your life seeing for yourself (and I hope you do). It would give me back a small sence of satisfaction if I can drag a few of you down with me.

Definitely better than the last one. I wish there was more Godzilla in it with more of his backstory as well as more/longer monster fights but I can say I really enjoyed it. I didnt much care for Mothra before this movie but I'll admit I'm still pretty upset about what happened to her. The CGI and sound track was top notch. I dont usually rewatch movies but I can see myself watching it again.

It just wasn't great- bordered on the line of mediocre and cheesy. They attempted to insert some crude humor here and there and ended up with some pathetic, roll-your-eyes moments. It ended up occasionally ruining the dialogue. The acting... was just eh. The mother (Emma) was at best frustrating as she was on the verge of crying most of the movie. The only reason this was not a one star reveiw: cool CGI, Maddie's spunk, and some of the extend cast. Would I rent it again? Ha, no.
