The Special Need, a van trip to love

Enea is an Italian man with autism who works at a textile factory and enjoys hanging around with his two best friends. But Enea also devotes a lot of time to wooing the women that he come across in his little provincial town. And this is not an isolated behavior, you see, he's is almost 30 years old and is still a virgin. Finding his dream woman has become almost an obsession.

Enea's repetitive strategy does not work, and his two best friends decide to do something about it. Among them is Carlo Zoratti, who from the closeness to our protagonist directs this captivating documentary. A van trip to Austria to visit a brothel seems to be the perfect trigger for a youthful and cool adventure, like a road movie from the seventies. During the tour, Enea and his companions will receive great lessons on the unpredictable nature of love.
