About this movie

In this hilarious animated adventure comedy, you'll finally find out why the birds are so angry. In an island paradise populated entirely by happy, flightless birds – or almost entirely, Red, a bird with a temper problem, speedy Chuck, and the volatile Bomb have always been outsiders. But when the island is visited by mysterious green piggies, it’s up to these unlikely outcasts to figure out what the pigs are up to.

It was better than Racket and Clank, Pixels, and Warcraft, though the story wasn't exciting till the third act but the animation was really great. Some of the humor was also good. The story and most of the characters were sadly pretty weak. Overall its a meh film 6.2/10

Saw the trailer. That was enough. Despite the fact that I would normally watch movies like this, as soon as I was the trailer with mindless and frankly stupid humor, I knew that Rotten Tomatoes would love roasting on this. The only people who liked this movie were A) Kids with dirty(er) minds of B) Minion Lovers. Minions is a movie where you can't connect with the characters, like, at all, so this movie would suit the Minions fans.

I had some hopes for this movie, but i knew it was going to suck. The movie directors and writers have somehow taken a nostalgic 2009 mobile game and turned it into a horrible adventure filled with obnoxious characters. The plot is too predictable and the designs are semi-mediocre. Because the jokes were so dry, it made Death Valley seem like paradise by comparison. There were also way too many curse-word substitutes and innuendos for a PG rated film.
