Having grown up watching Boy Meets World, I started watching just for nostalgia - I wasn't expecting genuinely good television, but I wanted to see beloved characters all grown up. The first season is a little shaky quality-wise - it can be very cheesy and too head-on with the "lessons". The first season is watchable, but I viewed it at my own pace and would wait weeks after an episode had aired to finally watch it. However, I have to say that this show, its characters, and its actors have all grown and blossomed into something wonderful since the first season. Season 2 was thoroughly enjoyable, and so far in season 3 I'm so excited whenever a new episode airs. The characters have evolved from caricatures into people who feel real and you root for them through situations that the writers address with tact. It's a funny, feel-good show, with great dynamics and at the center a friendship so strong that not even a love triangle could break two girls apart. I'm not ashamed to say that this show, that started as a corny nostalgia-fest, is one of the best shows on TV today. If you're tired of dark and gritty being synonymous with "good television", please watch Girl Meets World.

i think this is the only show that took lessons from real life so kids can learn from them. i wish they would take this farther, example take all all the episodes and put them on dvds.then put a list of them on one dvd liable them, a child can look them up, like feelings then watch the right dvd that deals with feelings, then do the same with all the ether topics. i also noticed that the show is almost like real life. they seam to have put together very good people. it is like a camera watching people in their home with out them knowing it. the timing is so good you forget they are acting.it was sad to see it close. i have seen shows brought back by populer demand, if they did this with the dvds, just think of the good they can do for kids.

Its ok this show just has a few problems 1st the acting is not good quality the caracters never seem serious its always hard to tell if the caracters are being sarcastic, joking or being serious. 2nd problem is that there teacher is always intorupting the lesson with some life lesson like do they ever learn anything else. But the storie is ok and i liked some episodes its just hard to tell whats a medaphore and whats real in this show.
