About this movie

Meryl Streep and Jack Nicholson are wonderful together in this lighthearted look at modern romance headed for failure, based on Nora Ephron's best-selling novel. She's a magazine writer who gives up her career for love and family. He's a playboy newspaper columnist who can't quite give up his old tricks. And if that combination doesn't give a relationship Heartburn, nothing will!

Great movie which depicts so many relationships that many of us have had or are going through. Must watch if you have ever been in a relationship of infidelity and lies.

This movie is a perfect example of what goes on behind the scenes of a marriage falling apart. On the outside appearance, everyone thinks you have the perfect marriage. Then you break the news to your friends, and they are completely blown out of the water! Saying, "you guys are awesome together, or how long has this been going on? When did you find out? The two of you gave a wonderful performance. We never would have guessed!" Annie and her unborn sibling, add even more heart break. It is not just a"girly" movie, men can get a lot out of the movie also. Try It, you won't be sorry you did!
