The lead actors are great and pull this new show, which is still finding its footing with style but still well worth watching. The humor can sometimes be brilliant, other times forced, but every episode has something funny and something touching. The male and female leads have a great chemistry and tension I haven't seen in a comedy in a long long time. As the episodes continue I grow more attached to these characters!

With super talented actors America Ferrera (Ugly Betty) and Ben Feldman (A to Z), I am sorry to report that this show is just plain awful. It is an embarrassment to the actors and to NBC. I just do not understand how anyone would put this on the air. The characters are over-the-top and not realistic or believable. The boss on the show, really? Look for this to be quickly pulled from the air.

Sarcasm mixed comedy. I wish there were more than just 4 seasons! This show has just the right mix of characters. Seems like everyone fits. Kind of show that makes you think and say, did that just happen?
