The worker group Foresight is teleported to the fighting arena in the sixth floor to challenge the great Ains Ooal Gown. Ains tries to restrain his smoldering fury as he disposes the last of the filthy thieves that dare trample into his treasured Nazarick.

Ains sends Aura and Mare to the Empire with a message. Come and apologize or watch as your country burn to the ground. With no other option, Emperor Jircniv heads toward Nazarick with the head of a noble in tow. Though, things are not as they seem.

Re-Estize Kingdom prepares for war after receiving a declaration from the Empire that they will claim the land near E-Rantel for the Sorcerer King Gown. Gazef knows the magic caster's strength, but he cannot stop what has already been set into motion.

Carne Village is in a pinch once again. An army led by the first prince of Re-Estize has appeared, demanding to be let in so the villagers can be questioned about Ains Ooal Gown. Enri must make a decision for the village and its people.

Gazef challenges Ains to a duel that is impossible to win and Ains decides to accept. The battle will soon come to an end and the fate of E-Rantel will be decided. Even amongst the bloodshed, Gazef and Ains both hold the other in deep respect.

I think it does a great job of taking the tropes of less successful anime, and putting a proper spin on them to actually make them work. Ains Ooal Gown certainly as that vibe you get from Alucard from Hellsing, he's the bad guy you really hope is on your side. Though unlike Alucard it's actually easy to relate to Ains Ooal Gown since I would probably be doing the same thing as him if I were in his shoes. Plus the show is packed with intense action, and lovable comedy, well worth all five stars.

love this show. i have noticed little things that point toward future revelations. like how the demiurge seems to be in serviceto the princess, he has a side project going trying to find a way for Monsters and humans to breed.( I think the princess is one of the 41.) and the chief girl of carne Village, I think the horns that Ainz gave her had a special effect where in the creatures summoned raise the abilities of their Summoner somehow(and it stacks!) so the next time she blew the horn... 5000.

I started the show thinking it was going to be boring but the voice actor who does Ainz also is the voice actor for Dr. Gero and Cooler for Dragon Ball Z abridged. It is very dark, and intense but the characters are relatable sometimes. This show has great animation if you want to have a thrilling story and get well versed in mythical world Ainz ends up you better watch it. Peace out!!!!!!!!!
