Some information is available on this episode. Not sure how this was translated into English-version. Japanese version says its about a Nazi scientist who is the successor of "daemon doctor" which means Dr. Spectra! So, maybe Intercrime fires Spectra in this episode, not sure. Anyway this Nazi guy builds some ray-gun weapon to defeat 8th Man, but he doesn't succeed, of course! In fact Intercrime Island is blown to smithereens and we never hear of them again.
