Ek Khoon Char Aaropi

Four men in a Sauna bath with their boss, the owner of the company. One of them is involved in a 15 crore scam which the boss is about to get to know. They had four props a book, a flask, a cell phone and an iPod. Neither is a weapon. But when the mist of the Sauna clears, the boss is found killed. With a deep wound impaling his neck. Only one of the other 4 could have done it. Who was it?? The cops do their research and arrest Roshan, who is involved in the scam. But KD feels otherwise. Who killed him? Why?
