Crusader Kings 2 Culture Conversion Guide

This is a guide on how character culture works, and how to maximize the culture conversion of territory in Crusader Kings 2.

Also, patch 1.092 made a modification:
"The 'any_neighbor_province' trigger now works for sea zones as well"
This makes it possible to spread culture across sea-zones, as was not explicitly mentioned in this video.
