ability to move generals from their current position at the bottom of the screen

allow airplanes to be assigned missions while they are in the process of rebasing instead of having to wait for them to finish their rebase

allow for suppression mapmode while using garrison command

show total combat % modifier all the time, don't bury in tooltip

should be a button to 'quell rebellions', auto assign garrison to areas with unrest for an army, remove areas after the unrest is quelled

filter at top of production list to show only planes/units of that category

show all the damn stats of an airplane, NOT ON ONLY THE RESEARCH SCREEN

shift or control click for convoy/ship counts

all navies must be at same location to merge is STUPID
