A vintage food truck in Portland, Ore., rollin' out wraps stuffed with Norwegian specialties, and, in Sunrise, Fla., authentic Iranian cuisine like chicken pomegranate stew. Plus, in Oklahoma City, a joint goin' wild with wings -- like Buffalo sriracha, bourbon teriyaki and Szechuan garlic parmesan.
