Ineka V Crystal, Rachel V Christine

Ineka is Claiming £4,499 for the cost to replace her mobile phone which she says her former friend has stolen, as well as for the emotional distress caused. Crystal denies stealing the phone.

Rachel is claiming £3,060 owed on a loan she made with a friend to help pay off debts. Christine says Rachel was aware repayment was dependent on her receiving money owed from a third party and as this is yet to happen she should be given more time.
