Jayne V Robert, Paul V Tim

Jayne is in court to claim £3,122.42 from her brother who withdrew cash from her account without permission as well as the interest accrued and other expenses. Robert admits he spent some of his sister’s money but disputes owing this amount.

Paul is in court to claim £270 owed for a holiday which he paid for on the agreement his friend would contribute half the cost. Tim disputes owing this amount and says as there was no written agreement he owes nothing.
