South London

In south London, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer search for a flat for first-time buyers Adam and Nicole, and a townhouse for world-record-holding rower Kat. Adam and Nicole live with their respective parents and need help to get them living together under the same roof but their home patch has become a pricey part of town, so they've saved for their entire adult lives to get a large enough deposit. They're nervous about spending all that hard-saved cash, but Kirstie manages to find them some hard-to-resist homes. In 2019 Kat was diagnosed with cancer. After going through chemotherapy and being told she was in remission she wanted a new focus, so she joined an all-female trio for an Atlantic rowing challenge. They beat the previous world record by more than seven days, and Kat's next challenge is to put down roots with a townhouse in her beloved south London.
