Fly the Sky, Flirty Rascal!

Netto and Rockman, who are investigating thefts whic have occured in various parts of Japan, encounter the helicopter pilot Charlie, not understanding why he's out there. When Netto doubtfully interrogates Charlie, he attacks Rockman with his own Navi: Gyroman. Netto receives communication from Enzan there, and he states the clues to the criminal have been found. Netto and Rockman run to the actual place and help Gyroman, who's being attacked by Desertman.
