Cancer Anxiety and Volunteer Work

Some worrying lumps make Fredde think he has cancer and Mickan starts getting involved in non-profit work for the vulnerable in society.
Fredde discovers that he has some lumps on a sensitive part of his body and immediately believes it is cancer. Via the internet, he contacts a doctor in the USA who confirms that there is a risk of death knocking on the door.

Alex and Anna bicker about what to throw away from all the old debris in the basement. Anna accuses Alex of being an incurable saver while Alex thinks Anna throws away too much.

Mickan meets a friend who has started a new life with a new man and also has a passion for non-profit work. Mickan feels guilty and starts getting involved for those affected in society. But non-profit work takes time and Mickan has to decide what to prioritize.
