When Tyler tells Neil that he can’t work this way, Neil fires him. Later, Tyler tells Noah that Neil fired him because of his feelings for Lily. Meanwhile, the blogger taunts Neil, asking him what his children and grandchildren would think if they knew what he did.
Jack worries about Traci and her marriage, but she doesn’t want to talk about it. Meanwhile, Kyle agrees to have drinks with Phyllis to celebrate his success with the focus groups. Phyllis stresses what little Kyle and Summer have in common.
Avery asks Nick if he has changed him mind about telling her what is bothering him. Nick calls Phyllis and leaves her a message that it’s time for them to come clean about Summer.
