Sharon and Nick discuss the status of their relationship.  Later, they celebrate the 4th of July.   Summer and Austin run into Noah and Courtney at the new roof deck at the Athletic Club. Billy tells Victoria about Stitch and Kelly’s relationship. Kelly warns Stitch that he is out of time – he needs to tell Victoria the truth.Billy goes to see Chelsea and explains what happened when he told Victoria the news. Chelsea listens and asks if he wants to stay to watch the fireworks.
