Going Small in California

Santa Clarita, California, resident Eloisa has grown tired of cleaning and maintaining her three-story, 1,500-square-foot home and has decided to dramatically downsize. She's searching for an airy cottage-style home around 400 square feet that has space for her extended family to sleep over and won't break her $110,000 budget. With the help of her daughter, Bea, she will need to find both the house and location. Bea feels her mother should choose a slightly larger tiny home, whereas Eloisa thinks she's ready to go tiny all the way. With completely opposite ideas of how much space is livable, will they find a home that they both think is a good fit?
