Tiny Brownie Sundae I Tiny Kitchen

It turns out brownie sundaes are still sweet and delicious — even whey they're TINY!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon flour
1/8 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon water
5 mini chocolate chips
Dash vanilla
1/4 teaspoon egg, beaten
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce
Whipped cream
Sprinkles

STEPS:
1.) In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar and water. Bring to a simmer, and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Cool slightly and mix in egg.
2.) Combine dry and wet ingredients, and pour into baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
3.) To assemble sundae, place a scoop of ice cream on a brownie, and top with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and sprinkles.
