The twos can't be terrible if they're TINY! In celebration of Tiny Kitchen's second birthday, we're making a tiny, jumbo birthday cupcake filled with sprinkles.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons soft butter
1/2 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon quail egg
Sprinkles
1 tablespoon vanilla icing
STEPS:
1.) In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, butter, milk and egg. Pour into a greased cake pan.
2.) Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Remove the center of the cupcake and fill with sprinkles.
3.) Place vanilla icing in a piping bag and pipe frosting on cupcake.
