A sweet, nutty pecan pie — just like your tiny grandmother used to make.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/12-inch circle of premade pie crust
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon corn syrup
1 teaspoon butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon chopped pecans
1/2 beaten quail egg
STEPS:
1.) In a small bowl, mix sugars, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, pecans and egg.
2.) Place pie dough into pie pan and pour in pecan mixture.
3.) Top with chopped pecans, and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
