Tiny Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes

Your favorite dinner dish just turned tiny.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon ground beef
1/4 teaspoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon minced carrot
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon minced parsley
Dash of Worcestershire
Dash of ketchup, plus more for topping
Dash of Dijon
1/4 teaspoon egg
1/4 teaspoon breadcrumbs
Mashed potatoes, for serving

Steps
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Form into a meatloaf, and spread more ketchup on top. Shape and bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes.
Slice and serve with mashed potatoes.
