A customary committee that eliminates certain parts by cracking down on injustice. They are using the school police to force the target to be scrapped and establish more than the student council. In order to obtain the power to keep the balance with such a customary committee, Ranto Kirigakure infiltrates the school mafia to and to become an ally. To contact the organization's boss, Nozuchika, he visits Mera, who used to follow the school mafia. Mera says the Nozuchika isn't the kind of guy who you can get on their side. Ranto and members of the YSP Club head to the "Physical Education Warehouse Social Club" of the school mafia.
