Xiang Tingdong, the heir of the Tangcheng medical family, was injured and fell into a coma during a dispute with his fiancée Cheng Che. In order to save the Xiang family, Cheng Che found Xiang Tingdong's mysterious brother Ye Ran who was left behind and asked him to pretend to be Xiang Tingdong to help him through the difficulties. The two worked together to uncover the drug gang that Xiang Tingdong was in collusion with and eventually wiped it out.
