Trapped in a triangle of kidney pain, slipped discs and morbid obesity, the three friends are nearing the edge of insanity due to a marriage rescue project daringly undertaken by Yılmaz, who, as if that weren't enough, has fallen into the quagmire of addiction and is becoming increasingly totalitarian, but with the help of an unexpected friend, they begin to take slow but determined steps towards the hope of solving both the marriage in question and their medical problems.
