Bahar, whose life is turned upside down by Evren getting shot, finds her world in chaos after being removed from the hospital. While Timur tries to save Evren, Süreyya delivers the final blow to Bahar. The identity of the young patient who suddenly arrives at the hospital sparks curiosity among the assistants and doctors. Efsun takes advantage of this confusion and is busy stirring trouble for Seren and Aziz Uras. Having lost her job, her home, and Evren, Bahar is determined to rise from the ashes.
