Timur tries to take Umay's custody by filing a lawsuit against Bahar. The support Bahar desperately needs comes surprisingly. Bahar, who is trying to stand firm against Timur, is shaken by an incident at the hospital involving Efsun. The fierce competition for the chief physician position between Evren and Timur ends in a way that surprises everyone. Deciding to listen to her heart once again, Efsun invites Bahar to discuss the wedding details. However, a surprise awaits Bahar at Efsun's door as well.
