During an operation, Evren faints, and Bahar steps in to take over, struggling to stop the bleeding. Meanwhile, Cemre discovers that there may be something suspicious behind Evren’s fainting and causes a major crisis at the hospital. As journalists gather outside the hospital, the situation quickly becomes public. Timur, determined to protect the hospital's reputation, devises a plan to manage the crisis. Meanwhile, despite being banned from meeting after the accident, Umay and Cem's closeness continues unabated. The dangerous bond between Timur and Efsun also scares both of them, while Rengin's suspicions grow deeper. During Bahar's statement to the cameras, a secret Evren had been hiding comes to light. A new decision, which shakes Bahar’s balance to the core, puts her relationship with Evren to an unexpected test.
