On New Year's Eve, the conversation between Efsun and Timur falls on Bahar, leaving her caught in the middle. Should she stay silent for her son's happiness or speak up to avoid losing her job at the hospital... While everyone thinks Bahar wants to return to Timur, Rengin, furious at what she hears, confronts Timur. While Timur claims that Bahar is not mentally well, the incidents Bahar experiences at the hospital seem to convince everyone otherwise. Seren, yielding to the pressures of Efsun's henna night, sets a condition that would annoy her. Meanwhile, Çağla is trying to avoid Tolga at all costs. However, with the world being small and the hospital even smaller, this isn't as easy as she thought. As Cem and Umay take on tasks beyond their capabilities to save Bahar, will Bahar be able to explain herself to Evren and the others?
