As Gülçiçek battles death with her heart stopped, Bahar, who has just emerged from quarantine, is not ready to face the idea of losing her mother. On the other hand, the fear of losing Timur deeply shakes Rengin, and an unexpected decision by Timur pushes their relationship into an irreversible crisis. Amidst all this turmoil, a mysterious murder case arises in the hospital. Timur's aunt, Leyla Yavuzoğlu, is brought to the hospital as the prime suspect in the murder. Leyla's silence in the face of the accusations further complicates matters, forcing Timur and Bahar to risk everything to save her. However, every step they take draws them into a game they could never have anticipated.
