Bahar’s shocking decision at the wedding table turns everything upside down. At the same time, Timur suffers a heart attack, and his condition becomes critical — putting Bahar at odds with her children once again. On top of everything, Bahar is deeply affected by another blow: a surprise decision made by a heartbroken Evren. She throws herself into her work to cope with it all. But the chaos isn’t limited to her personal life — the hospital is just as turbulent. With Rengin becoming the new chief physician, Tuğra gains even more power within the hospital.
